In today’s condition, it is easy to find a depressed person or just a mild anxiety attacks around us. Depression could attack our friends, family, relatives, or even our self. It seems that having anxiety or depression is becoming an epidemic trough out the entire world. A depressed person may manifest their symptom to others and exposing weird behavior, while other person disguised their depression under the rug and appear themselves as a normal person.

Anxiety has been defined as an “irrational fear” that comes suddenly, with the associated thought of impending harm or insecurity, either to one’s self or others. This fear will persist growing unless prompt actions are taken to seize the disturbed thought patterns. In its fully-loaded emotional manifestation, anxiety can cause a “panic attack”. There are many potential causes for anxiety. A common type of mild anxiety is worry, associated with fear of what might happen in future.

The Açaí Berry (which is commonly pronounced a-sigh-ee) — is a rather small, round, and black-looking purple. It resembles a grape or a blueberry, but is yet smaller and darker. This fruit has a large seed and minimum amount of pulp. The acai fruit berry is now broadly used in energy juices, ice cream, certain energy bars with granola. Acai boasts 10 times the antioxidant benefits of grapes and twice that of blueberries.

The açaí berry is native to the people of the Amazon rainforest – they use açaí in many different dishes - from drinks and shakes to breakfasts and bars. Brazilians use açaí to flavor meat and fish entrees, too, topping dishes with a pulpy, curd-like substance made from the fruit. Açaí is known to be used for treatment of digestive problems, skin irritation, sexual dysfunction, and even insomnia. Açaí has nutrient properties and is naturally rich in: Omega fats, Amino acids, Electrolytes, Antioxidants, Protein, Vitamins A, B1 and E (naturally low in sugar, too).

Human relaxation is the art and science of doing “nothing” - regardless of the outer activity including physical and/or mental tension; such a human condition of smooth flow of vital energy bringing about a state of improved health and well being. Effective relaxation may be referred to as rejuvenation. Refreshing or relaxation time can be a process or state with the aim of recreation through leisure activities or idling as the opposite of stress or tension for renewing one’s inner soul.
