anxiety depression
In today’s condition, it is easy to find a depressed person or just a mild anxiety attacks around us. Depression could attack our friends, family, relatives, or even our self. It seems that having anxiety or depression is becoming an epidemic trough out the entire world. A depressed person may manifest their symptom to others and exposing weird behavior, while other person disguised their depression under the rug and appear themselves as a normal person.

Anxiety has been defined as an “irrational fear” that comes suddenly, with the associated thought of impending harm or insecurity, either to one’s self or others. This fear will persist growing unless prompt actions are taken to seize the disturbed thought patterns. In its fully-loaded emotional manifestation, anxiety can cause a “panic attack”. There are many potential causes for anxiety. A common type of mild anxiety is worry, associated with fear of what might happen in future.

It is for those reasons above that nervous people turn to consume tranquilizers such as: sedative drugs, sleeping pills, and nerve calmer, which become a trend and way of life to many people without getting a legal medical prescription to get it. Others turn to alcohol as an easy escape from their daily tensions and stresses. Those chemicals in fact are only capable to cover up the situation, producing only illusory feeling of tranquility – while the deep inner strife persists unabated.
Why should take drugs which only gives a worse side effect and only deteriorating our health, while there are better ways in overcoming anxiety or depression:

# Exercise — is a very valuable remedy for people distressed with anxiety. With an adequate amount of exercise, our brain will produce serotonin, a happy hormone that will lead our mood in more relax state of mind. You don’t need to do those strenuous bodybuilding workout, just keep it in your own pace and personal strength/ capability.

# Treat your self — reward your self with a cozy weekend in the park or a mini vacations in a remote rural area with your family or spouse; you can also treat your self with favorite foods such as chocolate (but in moderation only!) or having a relax bubble bath with your favorite aromas, or just having a comforting massage treatment.

# Do your Hobbies, get closer to nature — Gardening flowers and vegetables in the garden for women, or Fishing on a quiet lake and bird watching for men — tend to give clearer perspective of this great life that God had marvelously created.

# Good Music — some people prefer a soothing instrumental music, while other seems to enjoy up beat rhythms to freshen up their mood. Choose music that suits your soul, because music is mentioned only to entertain the listener.

# Good Books — an inspirationally reading will broaden our perspective and give us a fresh opinion in living our life. A good reading will promote quality reasoning and philosophies of life that help us survive the thunderstorms of daily life stresses.

# Meditate & Prayer – surrender our self to the higher being is the nature of all human being from the early moments of life, which manifest with many way of implementations. Regardless of how you do it, a meditation & prayer tend to give our soul a better stage of inner comfort.

# Change your Inner Perspective – if in our future there will be an unfortunate events, being worry too much about it won’t get us nowhere & give us no benefit whatsoever. The best way to deal with the uncertainty of future is that we just need to try to act the best poise as possible. God won’t test us what we can’t afford to handle. So don’t worry, just act upon and be the best that you can be in dealing with every problems in our life. Be happy and just enjoy your present life, since no other person besides your own self who can control your own life!

Remember that the only thing that won’t change in the world is that every little thing will change, and there’s a rainbow after the rainy storm!
